Angela George

Associate Solicitor

Angela George’s (aka Ange) main focus is on family law, disability advocacy (including succession planning) and succession law (wills and estates).

Ange is a Gympie local, born and raised in the Mary Valley on her parent’s farm. Ange completed her primary school at one of the Mary Valley schools and completed her high school education at Gympie State High School.

Ange found her passion for the law when she first left school to her first job in a law firm.

Ange finally took the plunge and commenced studying in 2021. The main reason for this choice was so that Ange could assist her disabled daughter and navigate the disability world (and with a view to helping others).

For approximately 20 years, Ange has been heavily involved advocating for her disabled daughter and being a part of community-based organisations management committees.

This has been Ange’s main passion – wanting to help others who are struggling to understand the disability world (ie succession planning, NDIS, QCAT applications for guardianship/financial administrator).

Ange also has an interest in family law matters (including children, property and divorce).

Ange was admitted as a Solicitor in 2024 and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.

In Ange’s free time, she enjoys fishing and spending time with her 3 children, family and friends.
