Jane McCarthy is the Managing Director of Noosa & Hinterland Family Lawyers. Jane is a Family Lawyer, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, and Parenting Co-ordinator. Jane has more than a decade of experience in Parenting and Property matters but particularly enjoys offering a sensible and realistic approach to parenting matters. Jane can also assist with Wills to ensure all aspects of your separation are finalised.
Jane has been a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner since 2017 and believes that these negotiation skills assist her legal practice by settling matters in a cost effective and expedient manner.
Jane first moved to Noosa in 1987 and now lives in the Noosa Hinterland in Doonan. She is a mum of five (now adult children, with one daughter who works at the practice) and step mum of 2. Jane enjoys spending time with her 3, soon to be 4 grandchildren.
Jane is actively involved in her local community, volunteering and assisting clients of SunnyKids. Jane is a member of Noosa Zonta and assists preparing food at the annual Noosa Salvation Army Christmas.
Jane aims to work collaboratively to assist clients to resolve their matters in a child focused and appropriate manner helping and enabling each client, and their family to move forward positively following separation.
Jane is based in both the Noosaville and Cooroy Office.
